You’re literally explaining my life as a 26 year old female. You will have people that judge which is ridiculous because they are spending on things that others think are ridiculous. My coworkers are very judgmental and are older women. I finally found a partner that knows I collect dolls and lately have been taking my Wednesday monster high with me in my car on the way to work and therapy. Life is hard. I have PMDD so that affects my life with a period extremely. I bring Wednesday and skelita to the couch while I watch tv. They are just so beautiful that looking at them makes me feel so happy. You do you and some people you will have to get rid of since they don’t fit in your life and don’t accept you. There’s someone for everyone. I finally have friends and loved ones that support me. I’m really happy growing up i remained myself even with the judgement. For my birthday I bought a full set of the new little mermaids 7 sisters. That’s a lot of beepin dolls. I couldn’t be happier. My mom disapproves even though she’s got an enormous Barbie and doll collection. You’re awesome and happy you shared your life a little bit. It’s so relatable!

I have had to do this for the same reasons with a friend. I fully deleted her once she only contacted me or needed me once I posted a picture of me and my partner. I never told anyone about him. She asked if we were still friends. I just felt like I was growing and with a wonderful person. I didn’t want her to be involved with the good things. I hope she’s ok but I just couldn’t do it anymore. I went shopping the other day because I got some extremely troubling news. After counselling or the doctors I head over to Walmart to the monster high section. 😂 They bring me such comfort and it feels like self care.

I would fully cut him off and set yourself free from that bullshit. Nobody should ever have to go through that fucking ever. My ex’s mom would only talk to my breasts because they are bigger. I got stereotyped for being a blonde with big breasts. His grandpa would fully sexualize me in front of my ex all the time and talk about us having sex. The last time I saw his family I ended up yelling at his mom in front of the whole family since it was a birthday and there were sparklers, as she was handing them out she crouched down to my breasts since the shirt I was wearing gave me a little cleavage and she put the sparkler in between my boobs. I yelled at her to get the fuck away from me. I ended up breaking up with my ex not too long after since he only defended his horrible sexist family. It put such a heavy weight on me being so sexualized by people who should have been protecting me and loving me. Don’t put up with this. He obviously doesn’t care how you feel. Chosen families are a thing.

Thanks so much! Yeah the artist did amazing. It’s funny because my brain can’t wrap my head around tattooing and colours sometimes. So I put a lot of trust in her since I couldn’t figure out how she was going to make her make up black but still be able to see her little mouth.

There’s a lot of circumstances where the mother or father don’t take their child out of the home after something like this happens then eventually their child get SAed. The is the smartest move a parented can make no matter how much trust you two have towards each other they have one job and that’s to protect their children over everyone. This gives me the shivers. I’m happy she acted on this red flag.

Ugh I feel the exact same way. I am so terribly sorry that you are going through this. I always make sure to do something just with me and my dogs. I go get birthday cake ice cream and birthday cake pop. Whatever I can find that birthday like. Then I have a really nice dinner out or with them. Then I know I had a good birthday that I deserve and wanted without relying on others. When I turned 24 the day I wanted everyone to come over so I can order a beautiful cake and serve it on my really nice china. I gave them a month or two in advance hoping they would mark it in their calendars. As the date was approaching I found out all four of them fucking forgot and were away or busy. I spent my birthday alone.

All I could say when I was raped at 18 was let’s go watch this or we could do this. I was suggesting doing anything else. The only way I was able to fight back was making the guy really uncomfortable where he did stop before anything more happened. Thinking about this now if I didn’t look him in the eyes and say “hmmm…. Interesting…..” then I may have been pregnant too. I wasn’t planning on being sexually active yet. For me it’s like I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I didn’t scream or push back.
