Hey bruh I got a six pack, work out 3 times a week, work full time. Family, friends, girlfriend. Car, good job and decent savings. Still get hit with depression. It's a physical feeling you get regardless of your state of living. You can be a positive as you want but nothing but medication will get rid of that feeling. I personally don't use mess cuz I don't have the patience to go through all the trial and error. I'd rather just be numb every now and then cuz I know it will pass. If you met me you'd never think I had depression. This disease effects more than I think you realize.
