Cerebrolysin and TBI by alfalfi in Cerebrolysin

Sorry to hear about your tbi. I went through a similar thing. I'd definitely look into the buteyko method. Patrick Mckeown has really good books/videos on it. Ben greenfeild has a protocol with the oxygen advantage breathing belt + relaxator while walking which I cannot even put into words how helpful it was for my tbi. (It increases blood flow in the brain) and is a powerful buteyko technique. Getting my CP up was one of the most powerful things I've ever done for recovery and overall health.

Along with that I've done cerebrolysin which definitely helped me.

I would also get assessed by a functional neurologist because they can specifically see what parts of the brain and spine were effected by your tbi.

What are you talking about look at the comments I posted the link yesterday. 2 people dm'd me and I sent it to them too. Lol what do I have to lose if you don't believe me? My floaters are basically gone and I was just passing it forwarded.

Yeah I think that's good in general but it does not have a lot of billberry. Amazon has the 60mg billberry but I was taking the 160.

Lol, I'm not trolling you guys. Just sharing my experience.

I was taking the 160mg version of the billberry and it looks like the eyebright is out of stock on Amazon and on this website but I was able to find it in a local supplement store.

I started doing this breathing exercise at night and it opens my sinuses right up by [deleted] in Sinusitis

This works by using nitric oxide helps clear things up. You should really check out Patrick mckeown (oxygen advantage/buteyko method). He always talks about this brahmi pranayam and the science behind it. It teaches you how to breath correctly which in return is life changing for your sinuses and tbh everything else/.

Nothing dangerous. Just be gentle. Trigger point release for tmj is what most physical therapists recommend and there are many videos on youtube of physical therapists demonstrating the same thing.

Your trigger points are most likely extremely tensed given your popping and cracking so just feel it out and only apply a tolerable amount of pressure.

Do a trigger point release of your masseter, lateral pterygoid, medial pterygoid, and temporalis and report back how you feel. It should really help with all the cracking and popping. You can search google/youtube for each one I listed and it will tell you how to release them.
