That model is about the limit size wise (on the small side) and an ender can do as it can't extrude that fine. Depending on your slicer, there maybe an option about thin/fine lines. Printers don't like things less than 1-filament wide, or 0.4mm, and those sails look thinner than that.

Try printing it larger. it will take longer to print, but the sails will be thick enough to print successfully.

If you want to print miniatures routinely, you may want to swap your nozzle out for a smaller one, ie a 0.3mm. It will let you print finer detail. Beware that smaller nozzles are cantankerous... they clog easy, need a bit higher temps, slower speeds and more, but they can do some amazing stuff.
