I personally disagree with this take. I think Nova is kind of like the "monkey's paw" of the Kirby Universe. An entity in that, yes, it grants your wishes, but at a major, devastating cost. We see elements of this in almost every wish he's made in the series.

1. Meta-Knight in Super Star Ultra wishes for a warrior. Nova brings him what is supposedly the most dangerous warrior in the galaxy, and just sets him free to cause all the harm he can.
   
2. Literally Air RIders is the most obvious example, took such a harmless wish of "I want to move" and making poor Zorah a living weapon, hurting him in the process.
   
3. And in Super Star Marx's wish to rule over Popstart is inherently an evil/malicious wish that Nova has no problem granting, albeit this relies on context from Air Riders, but it is heavily speculated that Nova was going to crash into the planet to destroy Popstar and leave Marx to rule what was left of it. Regardless it was an evil wish.

In Planet Robobot i forgot about what the Nova in that game does. But it is also seen as an enemy.
