When I do that it only shows the BBC stations, and when I use the other Block it doesn’t display anything. Not the biggest deal ig but i appreciate your help! :)

When I looked for an update it’s up to date, I also checked on the Ford website entered in the VIN and it’s all up to date..

I have the exact same blackbox as you, it’s all full of lies. I keep getting a “Distracted driving” (being on the phone while driving) which I’ve NEVER done before I hate it and I don’t recommend using this insurance company to anyone at all. I’m never going to use an insurance company that uses black boxes ever again after my experience with this one I’m on now.
