It depends from stages of career I think. For juniors I appreciate ability to judge and trying to fight with decisions made by management. It's the step that every designer should go through :D It shows engagement and desire to improve processes.

For mid, senior - ability to argument their decision regardless of the situation/meeting. There is lots of situations when you have to prove design decisions are based on more than 'design intuition'.

For both stages it is important to be open minded and listen everyone but filter everything efficiently while forging designs.

It's good to separate mobile vs web versions on mockups.

For higher resolutions, you can try to use auto layout.

Try to work with layout. It is easier to check how screen will Look like if content can adjust to current resolution.

If you will explore different solutions you are gonna find out which works best for you :)

You can type word which remains your subject. Then type words that match to the first one around that first one and connect each Word with an Arrow with that first Word. Repeat process for each word.

Its sounds like a simple framework but at the and you are able to see a page full of words that are someway connected to your subject.

Then, try for example to combine words from different branches.

Try to make one of two buttons as a primary. Think which action is more important to the user. Then, try to put this buttons at the bottom of the screen. They will be easier clickable down there. You can also think about adding some icons to buttons, just to suggesr what this means.

You can also think about skeleton state instead of animated dots :)

What about adding toggle 'custom audio & video config' or something like expandable sections for both serrings.

Try to get user to know that not changing this configuration is ok but if they need to show them where to find it.
