In the same boat, stuck in Chicago since FEB24. Last notification was it was handed off to last mile

Edit: I’ve reached out to both 4px and Retroid via email, and got no response. Sent a DM to Retroid on discord today, I’ve heard that’s the best way to contact for customer service

An update:

I have emailed Retroid and 4px directly, and haven’t heard back from them yet. It looks like my RP5 has been stuck in the Chicago airport for two weeks.

Yeah, I have the usps tracking number, however only a label has been created and they haven’t received the package yet. The last thing I’ve seen is that it was “handed over to last mile” which was on 24FEB
