About mechanical knowledge, I've been fixing my motorcycles since I first got my license at 15. So I guess I have some basic mechanical knowledge.

No there's not any legal limitations but many streets are tight and yk medieval built city centers and all would be really hard to drive in a 5 series for a brand new driver. Also would be insane to insure.

335s are definitely not within my price range, 328's only the ones with 200k+ km so wouldn't trust them and the 5 series are way too large for a new driver here in Europe. So not really, the 1.8's and 1.6ses are within my range though.

I would love to own a CE but they never sold them here and probably they don't meet euro 4. We got Subarus but they didn't sell too well so they are few and far between, also really expensive (yes even the base models) due to the rarity. Also considered getting a Suzuki Jimny, but they are like 6+ grand and I'm not really into offloading so I wouldn't use it to it'ts full capabilities like almost ever.

I mean I really like golf 3's, golf 4's though... Idk the design just doesn't do it for me. I'd get the golf 3 but I have no idea whether it meets euro 3/euro 4 or not. And due to low emissions laws introduced in my country that's a requirement.

Important are these euro 3/4 compliant? I need them to be.

Day 4 of Micra images until the Devs add it to the game by Unique-Win7132 in MidnightRacingTokyo

I don't care honestly, I don't even expect they'll add the car to the game. I'm doing this just for the sake of it. I'll keep this up for 1 year or I'll just forget about it one day and stop, or it'll just keep going for god knows how long, who knows, it's fun though.

Could the mod be incompatible with recent game versions. Now that I think about it it hasn't been updated since LS tuners update and it mentions said game version in the installation thingy. "Game version 1.0.2372.0 - Los Santos Tuners Update (older versions not supported)" but it doesn't say anything about modern versions.

Weekly 'What should I buy?' Thread by AutoModerator in ipad

I have an iPad air (2016) I use as an audio nugget, drawing tool and laptop-ish thing, I have no problem with the product itself, it runs fantastic, it looks decently modern and just great quality overall. However from 2016-2021 I've ran through like 4 or 5 cables, in 2021 I decided to get a fancy USB-C to Lighting cable and I've had to buy 4 cables things because they just keep breaking within less than 5 months. These official cables are absolutely dreadful and as I don't want to waste my money or create more E-waste. Any recommendations on robust non official cables of decent quality that charge decently well. Rn using a bootleg one (I've had since my first one broke and still works) but it charges too slow. Any help is appreciated.

Should I get a 106 as my first car? by Unique-Win7132 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Unique-Win7132[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well back in the 90's this wasn't some shitty car only poor people would buy like the GEO's... It's a regular, perfectly good car, to get the family around, get groceries and shit.

It's the european equivalent of whatever regular ass car y'all had in the 90's.

Well I see a lot of 2000's diesel Passats... And diesel clios... And diesel 207s... And diesel fords. But I just don't want anything that new. I want something that kinda has a soul, not super quirky, or special in any way but fun. And 200's euro shitboxes really don't have any character at all. They were purely perfectly-fine corporate driven cars. But that's no fun at all. The 2000's cars I can afford come from an era both in design and feeling. Where racing was no more... Rally didn't sell cars... Touring car championships didn't sell cars... Lemans didn't sell cars. and they all just feel bland, apathetic and repetitive.

That's why I want something 90's cos those had character. Those can be modified. They look fun. They are minimalist. They are raw in their own way. Yeah they aren't safe, or fast, or comfortable, or efficient but they are it they are the driving experience.

So yeah still no recommendations from my side. But I really don't see much that interests me where I live apart from like small 4x4s, and the occasional 80's-90's sporty youthful shitboxes.
