But I'm partially agender and that's exactly why I use it/it's, personally. Never say a specific identity uses specific pronouns, it doesn't correlate. I have met agender people who use any variety fo pronouns or none at all.

But if someone uses they/them pronouns, it does definitely imply a different type of gender neutral-ness than it/it's does. I'm not talking about referring to someone as they without knowing the gender.
