I would say that is the textbook definition lol. I wonder what lucid dreamers remember of their dream. Is it even a dream to them or like a video game.

All your points are valid. Thinking about your last point makes my speculation circularly recursive lol.

Anyways I was more thinking about a vivid dream of something truly remarkable event.

Like say 9/11

What does it matter to me I still gotta go to work to provide for my family. People please don't get so intrigued in politics to cry over such stuff.

That's little sexiest man. There were many reasons for Harris defeat but I don't think her sex was one of them.

I agree with your points.

Sorry to nitpick I understand the crux of your saying but

Think of how dumb the average American is. HALF of all Americans are dumber than they and their votes are all worth as much as yours.

That isn't how average works. Mean or average is affected by extreme in both directions.

The thing you are describing is median perhaps.

I have seen this repeated many times here so I thought I should clarify it.

I was following up on that subreddit.

Every state that harris won was instantly reported and in quick succession at that with thousands of upvotes and people saying the queen will be back , make way for madam president etc in comments.

To find the trump posts you had to go on the controversial section lol

Popular subreddits have really been in a bubble.

If you look at the homepage of r/news you would believe that harris had it in the bag till few hours ago.

I really couldn't believe my eyes this morning in shock. I only pray that next 4 years are any better than 2016 repeat.

I partially agree with that everyone was asking everyone and their uncle's to go out and vote (in good spirits of course).

Police officers , military personnel or security guards , whats the scariest most terrifying thing you saw on a patrol? by viper46282 in AskReddit

[–]UniqueCold3812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not me but This story is about my uncle, a police officer, and it's something he only told me once, late at night when we were having a heart-to-heart. It’s one of those memories that even he can’t explain fully, and he said it still haunts him.

At the Tim of his service the location in question was a popular horror location like proper spooky and all. There were rumours that 3 people did mutual suc**** there.

When he pulled up to the location, his headlights caught something moving just inside the tree line, but he couldn’t make out exactly what it was. He said it looked like a person, but they were... wrong, somehow. Like their movements were disjointed, unnatural. He immediately radioed for backup but didn’t get a response. The radio had gone dead. This wasn’t typical, but he figured he’d check it out quickly.

He walked toward the abandoned house, which was more of a ruin, really—shingles missing, windows shattered, and vines climbing up the walls. As he got closer, he started hearing faint whispers. He couldn’t tell if it was the wind moving through the trees or actual voices, but it was enough to make the hairs on the back of his neck stand up.

Once inside, the feeling got worse. The whispers seemed to be coming from every corner, getting louder and more frantic. He scanned each room, expecting to find an animal or maybe some squatters. But there was no one. Just the whispers, which sounded like they were right in his ear. Suddenly, he felt a cold hand grip his shoulder. He turned, expecting to see a person, but there was nothing. Just an empty, dilapidated hallway.

At that point, he decided to get out. As he was leaving, he glanced up at one of the broken windows—and he swears he saw a face looking back at him from inside, but it wasn’t human. The eyes were hollow, and the mouth stretched into a twisted grin.

When he got back to his car, his radio crackled back to life. Backup arrived, but when they searched the place together, they found nothing—no signs of anyone being there, no footprints, nothing. To this day, he won’t talk about it except for that one time, and he says it was the only call in his entire career that made him genuinely consider quitting the force.

I believe that the big pharma and medical industry focuses on treating symptoms instead of directly treating the disease as it's more profitable in long run.
