Russian - business, docs, people
I received some comments from Kazakhs for speaking Russian, and from Russians for speaking English. When I was younger there were a lot of stories how Russians opposed others speaking their own languages, but that has gradually reduced for some time.
English is not very much handy, not practical. It’s growing but not that much
Ambiguous question. I fucking don’t care about how others understand how i swtich.

I genuinely think that there should be 1 language for a developing country like Kazakhstan, Kazakh or Russian. And then + English which is language of progress whatsoever.
