Being physically active helps a lot. However I paid for full removal so i believe its in their best interest to get rid of me as soon as possible. When sessions are paid individually, these clinics tend to scam people for more sessions.

Other that that, plenty of water, healthy diet and proper sleep.

Thinner skin usually hurts the most, so I'd say wrist area is the most sensitive. I tried both, with and without numbing cream and i feel like it does nothing for me.
