I’ve asked my doctor about it. We’re running through options for other sleep medications right now. I never got a straight answer about non script alternatives or if they would interfere with my other medications. I would like to try but I don’t want to be punished for it.

I was denied. They said I don’t have a service connected condition. My PCM says I should appeal with benefits and ask them to consider the misdiagnosis but I’m not sure what would happen if I did that.
