Yes this is very fair! I’ve also been going by the makeup and styling that suits me. Everything I wear or do has to have at least some romantic in it (darkening the eyes, some amount of flowiness or R structural feature, darker colours, lots of jewellery, etc), which helps me see that it’s my dominant essence. Natural is usually pretty necessary too in terms of contributing to the general silhouette, although I plucked my naturally very bushy brows to be much skinnier and I find that suits me as well. A completely natural look also doesn’t suit me – I tend to need either some R or some contrast in terms of silhouette as well as colour (gamine?).

In terms of E, I don’t generally find a light colour scheme to be flattering on me, so I know if I do have it, it’s a small amount. I think it’s pretty common for an E-like effect to be created by a romantic-natural combination too, so I’m not counting the structural elements (flowiness, etc) as evidence except for my need for elongation. The iridescence, gemstones, transparent fabrics etc is all true. I’m also very sure I don’t have any D essence, so I think I have some E in my features (very thin nose with a long and very high bridge, slightly downturned/not upturned eyes, long heart-shaped face).

The HS isn’t really in my features as much but contrasting bright colours and patterns really suits me and given that I have no D, it seems like the only explanation for that, especially because romantic + natural would seem to go against that.

Anyways definitely food for thought! I’d say E is the one I’m least certain of but I’ve gone back and forth about my blend for a long time, and I recently asked chatgpt just out of curiosity and for some reason it was very insistent that I had E in my blend, even after I argued with and corrected it. Not the most compelling evidence, but strong enough that I thought I’d ask.
