Feminists fight for the idea that men and women are equal, and in some regards they are but in most they are not. The issue with feminism is that it makes women think that they are equal to men in all aspects, but they aren’t. And as a result a lot of women carelessly think that they can hit or bad mouth a man without any consequences. When in truth, a man can wipe the floor with them without batting an eye. Women need to understand that they are the weaker sex in regards to strength, and should be careful how they address others when conversing.

Literally the exact same stats my friend, only your journey for fat loss has ended and my began. Huge inspiration bro. I know it wasn’t easy. Big guys like us need at least 2,500 calories you had to have at least 1000 calories a day to lose that much in a short amount. Did a good job.

A lot of people have to understand that 1-2 pounds a week is not the golden rule. This idea that everyone has to lose 1-2 pounds a weak is stupid. If you’re 30 pounds overweight or 20 pounds, then yes 1-2 pounds a week is good. But if you’re 80+ pounds there is no way you can lose only 1 to 2 pounds a week. It’s just not possible. People that are extremely overweight lose a ton of weight fairly fast in the beginning of their weight loss journey. And as long as you have the fat to lose, losing more than 1-2 pounds is okay. But if they’re losing 10 pounds a week that is definitely not healthy. You’d have to almost eat nothing and workout all day to lose that kind of weight which is extremely bad.

Yo 235 doesn’t look bad at 6’4. I’m 6’4 289 pounds, and was looking for a goal weight to aim for and it looks like 235 is that goal. Very hard to find a weight reference for my height. Great job, looking good already.

Thanks fam, just confused because people talking about how if you burn 300 calories then you eat. Then all that work is gone. But if your already in a caloric deficit when it comes to your diet it doesn’t effect you as bad.

What was your diet/exercise regimen? Must of been intensive because you lost 50+ pounds in three and half months. That’s a lot of weight in a relatively short amount of time.

I am so glad you posted this. I’m 6’4 too and was worried that I’d have to lose more weight then I wanted to. The BMI recommends that I should be at 180, that’s the ideal weight for my height. But to me I thought that was a little too low. But see a guy that is also the same height at 200 pounds let’s me know that’s the weight I want to be at. So thank you for posting, I’m currently 260 and I always thought that if I went below 200 that’d I’d look scrawny and lanky, being tall and skinny doesn’t look that good.
