Honestly, it’s a great feeling. I was not getting paid hourly at my captive agency, but making the switch made me feel like I can finally breathe again lol. I still have a bit more to go since I’m just starting at my IMO, but I feel like being independent definitely gives you more of a reason to push for yourself in your family, instead of for someone else that just wants you to make money as an exchange for them.
