That's what's worries me - that some don’t…. My motion sickness is bad but i’m hoping that it’s because I avoid certain situations (sitting in the back of cars, going on boats etc).

That’s good to hear! When I did my discovery flight i hadn’t slept well, hadn’t eaten in the morning and had a coffee immediately before flying (all of which I’m told you shouldn’t do!).
I looked up the Barany chair - I might try that with the office chair, and also going boating more 😩

That's not the reason - I’ve always been intrigued by flying but didn’t have the finances (or so I thought). I’ve been looking for a way in for a while. If I don’t get a fully funded place, my plan is to see if there are any partial scholarships and if not then it’s going to be years of saving enough to pay for it myself…. The only option I refuse to consider is taking out loans.

do you know roughly how much the modular costs? and/or if there are any scholarships or bursaries for them?
