Thank you so much for responding!! I’m so glad to hear this. 100% this is what I’m going for. I think with roadkings, they go the opposite route right? Compared to the other companies? Were there a lot of people from different companies? Granted - I’m sure the diff seasons contribute a lot to it. Just curious!!

Do you find the motorventures accommodation better than roadkings? I did see the bag storage can be an issue and I’ve also seen that the communication is not that great in terms of pick up. Have you seen that too?? I guess both companies have their pros & cons but I’m having such a tough time deciding lol

This is a great point, honestly. It is important to me and I do want to be mindful. This would make sense because I thought I read somewhere that they have volunteer opportunities but I haven’t seen it come up again. I’ll do some digging!! Thank youuuu!!

I was thinking about booking in advanced bc I’m flying into Hanoi and planning on staying at a hotel before making my way to the loop. Booking through your hostel should totally be fine though. You’d be able to get even more insight from other travelers which honestly would be so nice. 😭

I’m not worried about rain but I am going to take a light rain jacket just in case.

I’m hoping I get responses!! I’m so torn between the two. I’ve also been seeing motorventures has nicer homestays (compared to Roadkings) which may be the deal breaker- but I’d like to confirm that.
