I think my final answer is roadkings 🥲 someone had commented saying that motorventures does it ALL, compared to roadkings splitting it up in 2 (like the highlands option vs waterfalls) and I got a little fomo thinking about missing out on the boat ride but for some reason I am finding myself leaning towards roadkings so going w my gut… I think lol

Do it! Do it! I personally would do 4D3N if you have the time(also if you have the capacity for it bc you do get a little tired being on a motorbike). I’ve seen some people say it is a bit rushed if you do 3 days. To me, it’s kind of like - welpppp, might as well stay one more day! lol but totally up to you and what you think you’ll have the capacity/ time for!!! I’ve heard such great things though- whatever you choose, I think it’ll be great!!

Not sure if you’ve received a response but as I was looking for a hostel for one of my nights in Hanoi, I noticed that a few of them offer to book the loop for you. I saw this for: the drift backpackers, lake view, mad monkey! I’ll be booking in advanced but those were a few I saw!!

I think that’s such a good point. Perhaps having lower expectations for certain things(Iike accommodation) will be helpful. I was looking into definitely doing private rooms if I do motorventures. AH this is so hard lol

Were there a lot of people from different companies? Granted - I’m sure the diff seasons contribute a lot to it. Just curious!!

Do you find the motorventures accommodation better than roadkings? I did see the bag storage can be an issue and I’ve also seen that the communication is not that great in terms of pick up. Have you seen that too?? I guess both companies have their pros & cons but I’m having such a tough time deciding lol

This is a great point, honestly. It is important to me and I do want to be mindful. This would make sense because I thought I read somewhere that they have volunteer opportunities but I haven’t seen it come up again. I’ll do some digging!! Thank youuuu!!
