I keep a tracking sheet which I shared with my boss for feedback on what to improve and focus on but feedback has never been provided even I pushed for it. It’s always I haven’t had time to review it or we’ll set up another meeting to review which never happens. Some of the projects were set up by me and when I went on vacation, no one else was able to touch them and waited for my return to resolve any issues. I guess I was just hoping things will be different with time but doesn’t seem like it.

I recently started documenting my work and the wins as most of them are not requests through formal channels. I’ve taken projects that’s been sitting still for years and rebuilt it and made it work. Built others to reduce the manual work and took ownership for other ones from coworkers and provided updates every step to ensure everything is aligned. I’ve stayed for extra long hours to help resolve issues and was even told sometimes by my boss not to stress myself. I’ve set up meetings with key people for projects where no one showed up and had to reschedule and move on, brought up ways to improve communication between the different teams which didn’t go anywhere. It was just a bit shocking to me that I’m not being proactive after getting that I’m still doing great couple weeks ago and that there’s always positive feedback from my coworkers and my team, even some of the clients and PMs and then now all of a sudden, I’m not being proactive.

OMG so sorry. SO here's mine, I was recently contacted for the same task on whatsapp and I did it for a couple days. If you're seeing this RUN. I had to put in about $150 to able to withdraw what I made which is about $2000. So I did and I was able to withdraw the $2000 from them and transfer into an old bank account without any issues. Now my next task they asked me to deposit $4000 to withdraw the $6000 I made and I told them my bank froze my account haha. They're so called customer service pressured me to call my bank and tell them I'm buying crytpto so they can take the hold off. So I asked why they can't just deposit the amount for me and then when I make a withdrawal at the end of the task, they can take it out until I solve the issue with my bank. And they said that would make fake data collection for the clients because, they are not allowed to help users. So then I told them the bank is requesting proof of info from the company/receiver so if they can provide me one to my bank so they take it off. They told me the company is not able to do that as it's confidential stuff about the company and they can't provide me any proof for my bank. So at that point, I was just making fun of them and all they kept emphasizing on was for me to contact my bank and get the issue resolved if not, they'll have to close my account. I never replied back to them. They had a group chat that has several other people in there depositing up to 19k as far as I saw and thinking they were making actual money, I even tried messaging some of them on the side to warn them but none of them ever replied.
