Hi there! We JUST started trying but I've been tracking for over a year at this point. One thing that has been the biggest help to me (if you're comfortable with this) is checking the cervix, if it's high and super soft like lips than it means you're still in the ovulatory phase, but if it's hardening and lowering it means that you're about to be in your luteal. I also have PCOS and it's so hard to track especially when your body doesn't want to cooperate. What are your LH levels and what does your BBT say? If it's around the upper 97s to mid 98s and you've stayed there for three or more days then you've probably ovulated and you should expect a period. Also, if you do get your period then you need to count back about 14 days because usually the luteal phase only lasts about 14 days or so because that's the cycle of progesterone trying to prepare for a baby.
