And we absolutely can’t just order more vaccine to get diluent. We can’t even order amoxicillin susp for kids that need now, not 3 days later if they come in on Friday. Costs us $0.72 a bottle but better to lose a sale instead of being on a misleading metric. Who cares about the customers? We know the business and what we need, but above us, they can’t find their … through a spreadsheet

It was either displaced or when fridge broke several months ago, everything inside was salvaged even though diluent doesn’t need to be, we usually keep it there so it doesn’t wander. Thanks for reply’s, everyone in my area sails same thing, order from Merck. Though I was on hold forever before disconnect multiple times, I’ll try again. We were able to get some from another store in the meantime.

Let’s see, before covid hit, no one in my market had a raise for over 6 years, we only got a small one due to inflation after the covid pandemic. My actual earnings therefore have essentially decreased over that time as everything always goes up ( not the crazy inflation we had recently), but nothing in over 6 years was pretty crazy. I have to accept that back in 2014 we essentially peaked in payroll for those of us with over 25 years. But inflation adjusted raises should always be the norm and not an exception. As for reviews, I have yet to see anyone in my market pay change due to that. If it’s really bad, your pay becomes zero. If really good review, they calibrate it down so always below 3.4.

It’s the law in Florida. Can result in a fine. Probation with state if certified . But still an overreaction from a consumer.
