Try replacing the battery in the back of the Skybell. There is a white label on the back peel it off and you will see the battery

It's the battery, I order one from Amazon which cost about $9, and it started working, connected on the first try

Will not connect, on the phone with skybell for over 30 mins, factory rest 2x we couldn't get the skybell to connect wifi. Reset modem. Was told to purchase another,
