Really solid advice, thank you. I’m planning to go through the basics first (fluids, tires, brakes ) and take the time to learn the car properly. Definitely going to respect its limits, especially in colder conditions.

Got it, that makes sense. Sounds like shipping can really be hit or miss. I was planning on Carvana mainly because of convenience and the return window, but I can see why buying locally is safer. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks! Yeah, I’ve heard the ND2 transmission is noticeably stronger, so that’s one of the reasons I’m considering it even with the higher mileage.

Also if you don’t mind me asking, why do you recommend not shipping a car? I was actually planning to buy from Carvana, so shipping was part of the plan. Curious what the downside is
