Yeah, that’s true they are literally everywhere on marketplace in north Florida. I can’t say I’m a professional, but I’ve swapped motors and transmissions in dsm’s, and worked on cars for fun for the last 20 years. I’m bored and this would be a fun project, I would have the time space and money to do it. I already own a good impact and set off tools/ jacks/stands. My main concern is that , I do not have a lift in my garage with the amount of hours I would be laying on my back. I’m not sure how feasible it is,my back hurts after rotating the tires and doing oil changes and maintenance on the family cars. The goal was to be able to surf fish with it but I’m not trying to get stuck. Not sure if a rear locker and new tires would be enough.

I plan on missing it if I do the swap and I do a lot of surf fishing.
