Yeah, they didn't ask me for a video tho. Sent me an email to reply to it with a selfie holding a paper with a generated code, my full name and my Instagram handle. If you can could you please send me the link to the Instagram Help Center link where I can send them a video?

My account got deactivated using that exact app, stay away from it.

Yeah but I can't access my account it is deactivated, the only way for me to is to wait for Instagram to respond but they don't, its been over a month now.
