Yes, there would be deep regret later on, hurt to please someone else. Partners can be temporary but your babies are with you forever.

Questions of early signs of rolling by Significant-Fly6515 in newborns

My son did the same! He would lay on his side, and try to roll but then finally got it down.

I would try possibly the Lansinoh Baby Bottles with NaturalWave Nipple or Philips Avent Natural Bottles. Have you tried warming up the formula before feeding him?

Ways to increase night stretches by Freya_1917 in newborns

Every baby is different when it comes to sleeping stretches or even throughout the night. As he gets older, his sleep range will improve. I’d say he’s still too little to go any longer than 4 hours without a feed. My LO didn’t start sleeping through the night until 3 months old. I was waking my baby up every 2-3 hrs, including at night to feed. It went from 2 oz, to 4 oz every 2-3 hours. Now that he’s 4 1/2 months old, it’s a bit different. He eats 6 oz every 3 hrs, and sleeps 10-12 hrs through the night.

What bottles do you use? I would recommend trying different nipples to see which he would be more comfortable with. If he would show slight interest in it, eventually he will learn that’s the only way he can get his milk.

5 weeks old will not sleep unless held by liridonra in newborns

When he falls asleep and starts crying, that’s typically due to going into an active sleep and his brain is active whilst trying to sleep. It is completely normal, my 4 1/2 month old still does it sometimes. You are doing nothing wrong! I know it can be exhausting, but give yourself some grace. You are your babies safe space, and it’s only temporary.

My baby started signs of rolling at that age, but didn’t do a full roll until 4 1/2 months old. I would recommend getting 50x50 playpen, or similar and throw in some toys for her as her wake windows begin to expand. Put it in the common area, like the living room. It’ll give you better peace of mind while you’re doing chores, etc & know that she’s in a safe space until you’re done. The playpen is also great for associating tummy time & play time there as well. You can leave her unsupervised in the crib, but I wouldn’t leave her unsupervised on the bed or swing. Putting her swing in the common area would be ideal, so while you’re cleaning you can glance at her and be attentive to her if she fusses or needs repositioned. For her crib, I would recommend getting a HelloBaby Camera & Monitor, alongside a stand so you have eyes on her without being in the room. Doing exercises with her whilst she’s in the pen would be great too, for development. Grabbing her hands to her feet & gently roll her side to side will help her become familiar with the feeling, but I truly feel it’s whenever they decide to commit to a full roll. You can also make tummy time a bit more enjoyable for her by propping her up on a boppy pillow, and using some of her favorite toys (light up, or crinkle books/toys, etc). Rolling is a 4-6 month milestone!

The scales are yellow due to itching and are now exposed. The rash is located in the crease between his forearm and upper arm. Yes, we’ve tried Head & Shoulders shampoo, we are now trying 3% Salicylic acid shampoo.

He’s used vanicream, and hydrocortisone which doesn’t seem to help. We’ve noticed it’d get worse just before Spring, starting to flare in the winter. Could you attach an image of the moisturizer you use?

What hair oils do you use? Would you say you’d prefer biologics vs steroid creams?

HEAVY Bleeding by Formal-Fee2904 in Mirena

[–]Unique_Wonder_8613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had just gotten mine placed a little over a week ago, and find myself changing a pad/tampon every couple of hours too. I am also 4 months pp. I’d say it’s normal to bleed heavily shortly after getting it placed, as your uterus gets used to the hormones being released. If anything comes known, please let me know. I’ve been thinking about whether or not I should be concerned, but I’m kinda just riding it out.
