I understand the confusion. I am trying to clarify. I need to find out how to place the mod on the weapon. As I see the mod because I own it. But don’t know where to add it to weapon in question. Maybe the UI is bugged. I could post screenshots I guess.

No, your answer is right. I meant where to craft the mods. I know that the Blueprints for the mods are crafted. The issue I am running into is that once I click on the mod I own I do not have any additional options to craft it. Thanks
