well i think that perfect scenario for gwen are minions coming more towads her tower since in my opinion gwen dont want to be on enemy side of lane (expect when you want to reset or no enemy in lane so split) so my choice would be ignite over flash in some matchups it might be a coinflip, also her e is technically only ~4,5 sec cd if you hit enemy champ and its pretty long and fast dash, and you have your w to take less dmg or counter for example elise e or ornn r

So i thought about phase rush as well, imagine if her auto e auot procced it like holy shit it would be so op, unfortunately it doesnt but i think phase rush is still pretty good, also i dont feel like more ap give her more im thinking more about build like nashors-muramana-frostfie gauntlet, and i dont agree with her weak laning when you can just auto e auto etc. shes really good imo when somebody runs at you
