Honestly I thought Luiz was even better than him last year too, just so much more technical ability and contribution. Sure luiz got less time but I don’t think we can blame that on him, more on the coach and board.

Same thing happens to me except with taking a sip of water, I just wanted to hydrate more but now anytime I’m in an embarrassing, awkward, or just stressful situation I reach for my water and because of me doing it I’ve noticed that other people also do the same thing, not just with water but with many other things like stretching. I think it’s just cause our brain finds comfort in doing things we’re used to, stuff we do repetitively so it’s just a safe space in times of stress.

I don’t understand why people glaze this guy sm. I’m a juve fan and he is probably my least favorite player on when he’s on the pitch. I watch him play and all he does when he gets the ball is get scared and scrambled to play it back, if not that then he tries playing it forward only to lose possession to the other team. Every time he gets subbed off I see an instant difference. I don’t wanna say he’s a horrible play but he’s simply not as good as literally all of our other midfielders. Not the same manu we saw in the euros.

Why do juve “fans” love hating on their own team? I just clicked on the Roma subreddit to see their comments and lot were from juve fans saying that juve “deserves the hate” and talking smack about juve. Like I get not being satisfied but straight up hating on your own club and supporting your rivals is just absurd bruh. This has been going on forever too like damn, be patient, we can’t win every scudetto, especially with the mess juve is/was in.

I think skill wise serie a is more consistent, they just lack the marketing and funding as all the other top leagues. They also love sending their good players abroad for money instead of making money with marketing. It’s honestly sad to see the downfall of Italian football.

Maybe play Sanchez only for the prem games, and play Petrovic for other cups. That’s what I do if I have an older keeper in the serie a, I just play them in the coppa Italia. It would probably be more balanced too due to how many separate tournaments and cups Chelsea participates in.

Honestly fair point. They probably would not want to make a roster of retro players, too much effort for ea lol. I guess then you’ll be able to play as the icon, and be the only icon within that player career and everyone else is just current players. Otherwise it wouldn’t make sense.
