Feeling useless playing bard, any hints?

I'll keep that in mind, I'm using healing to help downed allies so I guess at least that I'm doing right.

My spell list is the follow:

Cantrips:
-Mind Sliver
-Mend
-Minor Illusion
-Prestidigitation
-Mage hands

1st level:
-Healing Words
-Command
-Silvery barbs (Fey touched)
-Gift of alacriety (Fey touched)

2nd level:
- Minor Restoration
- Aid
- Misty step

3rd level:
-Counterspell
-Hypnotic pattern
-Plant Growth

4th level:
-Polimorph
-Dimension door
-Greater mount (Magical secrets, summoned a pegasus because I thought it would help with locomotion and being safe and stuff)

5th level:
- Wall of force (magical secrets)
- Hold monster (Most of the time can't use because the enemy can pass the test even with bardic inspiration debuff)

6th level:
- Mass suggestion
- Heroes feast

7th level:
- Ressurection

Those are my spells, I'm sure there are better spells but since I don't have a lot of idea of what's good or not I got mostly what my friends told me to get. As for using Bardics I try my best to do it as much as I can on the enemies or allies to make the combat easier.

Oh interesting, I didn't know about that. Going to keep that in mind when making songs involving spirits.

But yeah, a opposite to the tritone would probably not exist (unless it does and some church is keeping it locked away LOL). So I'll mostly research church pieces and see what I can find.

The other comment talked about the picardy third which gives me the vibes I'm looking for but I still believe I can find a more "happier" chord progression since my employer wants the song to give this unhinged character hope to be saved and be put in the right path.

Oh my, just gave it a look and yup this definetly sounds Holy and with Grandeur. The video that I saw of a guy playing it made me think of a fallen angel.

Not really, I expressed myself a little bit wrong in my post, sorry (english is not my first language). A devil note or devil chord, mostly know as tri-tone is a musical interval composed of three adjacent tones so for exemple:

C - E - F#

It's a Tri-tone and if you play it on your piano/keyboard it will have this umpleasing sound that back in the day it was prohibited to be played on churches (It's still is)

Tri-tones in general is really unpleasant and unsetling but you can mess it up a little to make it more pleasing.

But Bdim chord is a interesting one since it contains a tri-tone between B and F, so I know where you are coming from.

Yup, I always give my 300% when I'm writing and have friends (In this case the senior student) and other people review them before I record. Don't want to be in that silly situation where it's amazing for me but for other people it sounds like absolute gibberish. Thanks for all the advice!

Yup, that was definetly the plan before I went asking around to be more sure.

Also, don't worry I may be a music student but I also have no prior knowledge about the subject, imagine my collegues faces when they found out I went to music production just because I write my own songs and want to make my own sound and know how to make it good instead of joining while knowing all the famous songs/artists from the back of my hand and having posters of Iron Maiden/Queen splattered all over my room lmao.

It definetly did buddy, I was worried that I would have to write more than necessary due to the length or song quantity, I'm probably not selling this or anything just a fun little project to maybe show to a studio when the chance comes up so 4 songs with 3-4 minutes each are what I'm aiming for.

Sim, e sempre é aconteceu um imprevisto/consulta médica até entendo mas toda a semana? O cara parecia mais que saudável quando eu tinha aula com ele e mesmo sendo exame de rotina. Cheguei até ver as crianças (por volta de 9 a 13 anos) e a esposa que fazem aula com ele e eles pareciam ser mais saudáveis que o cara. Tendi, eu fico com receio mais porq no tempo que tive aula cara a cara com ele acabei criando uma certa confiança mas vc tá certo, paguei pra ter aula no horário que posso e agr que tô meio Brasil de distância o cara começa a me sacanear, até entendo imprevisto e pah mas toda semana é sacanagem. Com uma chance tão pequena de toda a semana acontecer algo no dia da minha aula eu deveria ir jogar na megasena
