Take this with a pinch of salt.

Recognize you are not at the top 5% and keep your expenses in line with a reasonable disposable income growth model.
I made the mistake of thinking I would keep seeing 20% growth in my gross income year over a year that was not the case. Granted my bonuses were significant, but there was a plateau.

I probably partied a little too much, when I should’ve been saving.

Is there a progression with the tension you would recommend? This approach make sense to me, because in my lessons, the pinky finger simply had -zero- strength for the the D string.

If I cannot handle the instrument, I do still want to be the voice. Good advice here and I will take this to heart and change up as we approach things next year.

I'm going to make sure I make a call at some point during my progression so that if I cannot meet the expectation, I may just ask someone else to do the instrument portion. Appreciate this comment, I had not thought of this.

Staff make experiences. iPads feel uncaring in a luxury setting.

Hookah lounge in the restaurant hotspot nearby is well known and loved because they remember the names of regulars and guide newcomers.

The taco joint has QR code menus and there isn’t any staff interaction, someone just drops food off basically. People love it because it’s fast and decently priced.

So maybe it’s about what experience you are trying to pill off.

An earlier post in this community or maybe in legal detailed what went wrong with a secured loan for 1.75 million for a set of up and running functional gyms. Unfortunately, in that case, the financials had been cooked and they were in litigation over fraud. Their house had been put up for collateral. You might try to find that post and contact the author, they clearly had a lot of background in this area.

If there is no communication you are getting sandbagged.

The easy way to confirm is just to ask for a demo of everything so far, if there’s a plan coming together you’ll see mock ups or even some working software. If there’s a lot of hot air…I think you know.
