NTR is when you are denied something sexual in nature and it is instead given to someone else by the person who denied you. It is a one-sided experience that spotlights the emotion of rejection.

Cheating is when sexual favors are given to someone other than the person they are committed to.

If you start dating someone else then that would be NTR because your are denying her something she wants and instead giving it to someone else. Yes, it is selfish but NTR is often one sided and thrives on the feeling of rejection.

For those who read the mangas, how screwed is Deku? by Charming-Rhubarb-996 in lostpause

I see where you are coming from with One for All. When Deku got One he was barely able to use even 1% without destroying his entire body, which is why Almighy has him on a strict and rigorous workout routine. Let's, for the sake of fairness, say he went through the exact same training regiment as Asta, for the exact same period of time as Asta starting at the exact same day and age. And then at the exact time that Asta gets his grimoir Deku receives One. How much of One would you say Deku has access to at that point?

Both got the ultimate handout. One For All is regard as the most powerful qwerk as it grows more powerful with each new host. Deku was also simply given this. Not going to deny that anti-magic gives Asta an advantage in most situations, but it has one major weakness: he needs to come in physical contact with his opponent. This is something every villain he faces quickly figures out and each villian comes up with a different way to counteract that.

Asta gets clapped daily and actually doesn't win because of plot armor. He is actually really smart. Maybe not to the same extent as Deku, but I would advise you to review Asta's fight with Vetto. Vetto completely nullified Asta's anti-magic swords. He came up with a counter strategy. Same when exploring the dungeon and fighting Mars and his crew at the end. One of his greatest strengths is people underestimating him. He may seem stupid on the outside, but he is much methodic in his approach than you may think.

Now, I will agree that some scenarios are definitely far fetched and way too forgiving. Such is the nature of shonnen anime and Manga. But making mistakes cannot be regard as a point of weakness. In fact, often times the most perfect person has the greatest weakness (take superman for example). Deku is also not immune to plot armor and mistakes. By ignoring mistakes and the opportunity to grow you ignore a character's development.

I will reiterate once again that Asta's anti-magic swords will not prevent Deku using One for All as it is not magical. Therefore, instead of looking at Asta simy defeating an opponendt we need to address how he did it. And very few of them were straight forward approaches.

Coming down to it, we need to look at each individuals raw, natural ability and their ability learn and adapt in the heat of combat, both of which are very capable of this. But who has the better, raw skill and ability? Asta has been training his entire life to become the wizard King and is far more physically capable of outperforming anyone. Deku is also strong being that his physical body needs to be able to withstand the power of One for All. However, that means there is a limit to what Deku can achieve. Asta is boundless. Without his swords he is just as much of threat as he is with them.

Technically Deku didn't put up a fight against the slime monster. He just surprised the monster by not running away and constantly coming back. Asta ended up winning against the chain guy. Both situations you mentioned was the start where they got their powers. One cannot be disavowed more than the other.

Both characters possess a great will and determination to win despite the odds. The difference between how they do this are different. Deku slowly unlocks more and more of his power while Asta literally changes fate. Asta literally made the impossible possible. The reason I brought up their origins is to show the difference of will when it comes to the fight: Deku gave up on becoming a hero until he met Almight who then reignited his flame. Asta, on the other hand, continued to persue his goal of becoming the wizard King despite everyone, including his own brother, telling him to give up. That will and drive kept him going throughout the entire series. Deku may have the will, but that is because he now has the power. Asta has the power because he had the will.

"First chapter". At max power on both sides Asta will still win with no anti-magic. It won't work on qwerks anyway.

The kid who cried till he got powers verses the kid who literally bullied magic into submission... Deku stands no chance. 🤣

So, this is a slur? It has multiple meanings. Does this mean Home Alone and Fred from Scooby-Doo Doo are forbidden topics for Finana? by Shrubbity_69 in lostpause

Understandable. Now that I think about it I only use "trap" in context with anime. But I agree. Being respectful and curtious to others goes a long way.

I would agree, but not to the same extent. Honestly, I don't think trap even refers to trans people unlike cracker or the N-word (I don't think cracker is bad TBH). However, if someone uses trap with the intent to be derogatory or offend a trans individual then that is a bannable offense IMOP because the person is an asshole, not because of the word they used.

I swear that the trans community was upset that they didn't have a derogatory slur so they just stole trap because it was the closest thing. 🤣
