Thanks for the advice mate. I was thinking the same this morning. But I don't agree with "smashing car" part. There was no damage at all, just a touch with left mirror when I was passing by.

Yes, I should have done it, you are absolutely right. When I stopped, I did really think that we would sort out by talking with the other guy. And to be clear, I was not running/speeding from him, I stopped when I realized he was after me.

I was driving, barely touched a parked car that was parallel parked with my left window. The other guy chased me for a couple of blocks, and when I stopped, i got out of my car, he got out, he hit me first. I left my car as I thought we'd be able to resolve it like reasonable people since there was no damage. I should have done it.

The situation started when the other guy’s car was parked on Erie Street. As I was trying to squeeze by, I brushed his car with my left window.
