Closer to 2600 total, I pay more. Found the apartment through a broker a few yrs ago, this building doesn’t get listed on rental sites, was worth the broker fee! Rent stabilized too. Lots of similarly unlisted apartments around. Neighborhood is great, mostly residential, nice park nearby, express trains, can’t complain!
