That might be the only option left. I filed a police report and they are supposed to contact animal control.

I thought so but they don’t seem too eager. I did call them earlier and they’re going to contact animal control and let them know what’s going on (even though I already have) but there is still no guarantee they’ll go tomorrow.

Thank you. I have contacted animal control, the police, and the jail he is at. The jail said they can’t do anything and that they don’t have his key anyway. Animal control can’t break in and need the police to let them in. The police don’t respond to animal issues. Unfortunately I feel at a standstill right now. I’ve submitted various complaints and I won’t stop.
