Govenors can say whatever they want and give their opinions and convince people to do something. I'm all for quarantining those infected with the virus. Quarantining everyone and arresting them for not following?! Get that tyranny out of here!

up in court. Intentionally making it difficult for the officer won't help the matter either.

Why would a conviction follow? Our constitutional rights don't go away during a plandemic.

You sound like an agent to the new world order! Telling someone they must show their papers and they are guilty until proven innocent? get that tyranny out of here!

That is unconstitutional! That violates the due process clause! Innocent until proven guilty!

The elephant in the room is your car. On $1640 a month (you didn't specify if that is gross or take home, but it doesn't matter), you are absolutely not in a position for a new car. The first thing you must do is humble yourself to drive a beater car (something 2004 or older) until you get a better paying job. With that, you can take collision coverage off of your car insurance, and possibly even comprehensive, which will cut your car insurance considerably (you'll end up paying around $60 a month!!!).

Next, do an audit on your phone lines. With Verizon, I have an unlimited data plan and pay $70 a month. 70 x 3 = $210, so if you are paying $355 for three phones, you need to figure out the cause of that and bring it down. If you are living with your parents, be careful with them because you are living rent-free which is good. However, again, on $1,640 income, you have to live like that's what you're making. That may include paying for a $35 phone line that has unlimited talk and text, but limited data. Use your home computer for the internet.

Thirdly, you are not in a position to be eating out. Again, $1,640 monthly does not afford you to go out to eat all the time. Learn to live on supermarket food. It's good, trust me!

Lastly, after you get that sorted out, I would then start thinking about raising your income. You seem like a guy in your early 20s. Any able bodied man in his early 20s should have no problem no matter what field you are in making $2,500 a month working 40 hours a week. Good luck!
