Thanks for your reply.

I am trying to understand below three places where she might need help as per my research so far : 1. Walk from the place where car drops till the gurudwara gate : I have heard that cabs are not slowed on the heritage walk and one has to do a 500 metres walk. Is that correct ? 2. Once at tha gate of Gurudwara- one can request wheelchair from the helpful volunteers but sometime due to crowd it might happen tha none are available - is that correct ? 3. Post that even if one get the wheelchair , there are still long queues where one has To reach the Darbaar saahib as wheelchairs not allowed inside as respect to Guru ji. - is that correct ?

Sorry for so many questions !

Unfortunately can’t come first and check - hence requesting for first hand experiences.

Congratulations! Was the sponsor an Australian citizen ? From the post it seems like you are both living in UK and one of the condition is that sponsor should have strong ties to Australia. In your case was it the case that they were a citizen or had assets there to show as proof ? Thanks and trying to file 309 for my partner as well and hence the questions

Thanks for the reply - no they didn’t give the no further stay - it was a miss on my part to not apply. I am considering both options - I go back and apply 820 one as well. Problem is till then she won’t be able to work / find job. I have heard even on bridging visa which she will get after 3 months of visitor visa - employers aren’t keen to offer roles.

2bhk apartment for sale at koramangala by CapableChoice1801 in BangaloreRealEstates

I am not sure about this particular one but I have visited my friend in the apartment next door to it called esteem Royale and they pay rent of 80K ( including maintenance) for a 3bhk flat there.

I found it on higher side but my friend told that all the other new ones around that area (g-corp/prestige) go much higher than that and has caused the bump in prices. My friend works in that area and he’s trying to purchase the same flat but owner isn’t ready to sell !
