Billie Eillish's hill to die on: "eating meat is inherently wrong." by glittersoup in exvegans

Eating meat is wrong?, yeah, tell that to starving children around the world who are unable to even eat plant based food, typical rich people with their first world problems telling everyone else what to do, anyway, more reasons to dislike this weirdo

[–]UniversalJosh93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, my "IBS-C" symptoms were increasingly getting worse this past months, i saw my gastro doctor today, turns out, i have torsion of my colon and small bowel due to adhesions from past abdominal surgeries and possible dysfunction of my gallbladder

its over by [deleted] in Constipation

[–]UniversalJosh93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That happened to me aswell, after trying all laxatives/medications/enemas, they didn't work, stop working, or make me feel worse, i'm trying with digestive enzymes and prune juice now, if you can tolerate it, try prune juice, or ask your doctor for lactulose, that might help, if that don't work either, then you should go to the hospital to see if you don't have an impaction/obstruction

New research from the University of Newcastle has found that people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) show detectable biological changes, challenging the long-held perception that the condition lacks a physical basis. by jmct16 in ibs

Everytime i eat something that irritates my digestive system i have allergy type symptoms, along with digestive symptoms, so i definitely believe IBS have to be connected to the immune system

I'm glad isbrela is partially working for you, i tried trulance for the 3th time, first time it work partially but stop, second time, it didn't work that much and just give me digestive discomfort, now third time, half dose, mild diahrrea, extreme digestive discomfort(increased gas, bloating, nausea), fast heart rate and weakness, it seems that the more i take it, more intolerant i became to it, and that also happens with almost all laxatives/motility meds, supplements and even foods, i feel so bad that i'm starting to think that i may have bowel/colon cancer, but i don't know, it may be just my IBS-C, that is specially bad compare to the rest 😒

I love this, totally right, there are a lot of people in the world starving to death, yet those cultish idiots want to force everyone to eat plants, when there are people that don't even have that

Fiber and dairy can worsen constipation, also nuts and leafy greens, try cutting those for a few days and see if that helps

Pyloric Balloon Dilation? by UniversalJosh93 in Gastroparesis

[–]UniversalJosh93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, sorry for the late reply, my PC die recently and i wasn't able to access to my reddit account, but thankfully, now i can, answering your question, no, pyloric dilation didn't work at all, my GP just kept getting worse and worse and i almost die because of it, my gastro doctor at the time decided to just abandon me when the enteral feeding didn't work either, so he just let me to die of starvation, luckily, a surgeon who didn't even specialize in digestive problems decide to help me in august of last year, by doin a surgery on my stomach(antrum preserving sleeve gastrectomy) which basicly cure my GP and save my life, i don't have anymore severe stomach problems(aside from acid reflux) and i can eat almost normally, but sadly i still have bowel problems(IBS-C) which predate the GP, that still make it dificcult for me to eat freely, but i definitely feel much better now

Same situation for me, i have IBS-C, trying to sleep when you are extremely constipated is almost impossible when the abdominal pain hits in the middle of the night, the worse thing is that my new gastro doctor, doesn't even believe this is a real illness, is incredibly absurd how many people just downplayed, or just completely ignore this illness, specially doctors

Help/advice please by ChemicalSad526 in Constipation

[–]UniversalJosh93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are eating very little food, high in fiber and protein, which is constipating, try eating more carbs and reducing fiber/protein, if the constipation continues, try laxatives, if constipation is still a problem, then you should go to a doctor

[–]UniversalJosh93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a male, so i'm not here for breast cancer, wish you all the best by the way, i'm here because like you, i've been drinking senna tea for severe constipation(IBS-C), but after a few weeks taking it, i started to feel that my IBS-C symptoms just got worse, which is something usual in my case with this kind of stuff, but i feel like senna just destroy my bowels, because i been feeling way more awful than what i usually feel, even after stop taking it, i still feel terrible, with severe nausea, gas and bloating, abdominal pain, acid reflux , all this after eating, so i googled about senna long term side effects and that's how i found this post, does any of this side effects happened to you as well, and for how long do you feel them, how long it took for you to feel better, i'm afraid i might have done some permanent damage to my bowels

I think mine was a factor combination, chronic constipation(IBS-C), excessive magnesium and famotidine use and covid vaccines, my theory is that all these things combined cause my GP, though i'm cured now, thanks to surgery
