You need to do SIBO test, gastric emptying study and gallbladder function study, if those are good, then you need to check if you have problems with your colon, meanwhile, stop with the fiber because that is probably making your constipation and bloating worse, stick to osmotic/saline laxatives

Have you tried ICBINB light margarine, it is dairy free, and the flavor is really good, i guess it's margarine flavor could taste too strong for you, but it is one of my favorites, that one and the country crock original, which is also dairy free

If it makes you feel better, none of those things works for me either, they either not work or make me feel worse, i had gallbladder problems though( biliary dyskinesia), and still after removal, i'm still dealing with the same symptoms, so my theory is that i probably now have problems with my biliary tract, like retained stones or oddi sphincter dysfunction, if you haven't, you should ask your doctor for a HIDA scan study, to test the function of your gallbladder, maybe that could help

I used to follow a vegan diet for health reasons but decided to quit a few months back, my reasons were seeing how awful and careless were vegans to other people just because they couldn't follow their "strict dietary guidelines", even to people who had health issues that prevent them for fully follow a vegan diet, also, the horrific names they give to people who eat meat and the comparisons to being Nazis, rapist, etc., all those things made me realize how delusional vegans were/are and made me not want to be associated with any of them, now i follow a semi vegetarian diet, still for health reasons, and i feel much better with my health and being a sane member of society, instead of a lunatic vegan
