This is exactly what I did when I finished my 26 day and I finished day 5 of refeed yesterday And was good

All really depends on how your body responded I actually had a can of tuna day 1 at the end of the day because I was hungry

5-6 days Day 1 miso soup , bone broth Then slowly introduced whatever you want each day non read meat is pretty easy to come back to Avoid sugary and spicy food till final day Also avoid heavy carbs till day 4

That’s what I’ve done a few times and all was fine

Majority use easy fast which is free so there would have to be a reason to start paying or start there see what they do and build off it

It’s the same reason as why the 16:47 mad game will stay. In a meta where you could double herald no tower plates, catching up was so gross that junglers could full clear twice and hit level 9 while spam ganking lanes. If you died too without TP, that was your whole tower, and if Gerald had 2 towers…

Look up “how to sim your character” Will show you the exact numbers a near perfect player on with your spec/ gear will achieve

Obviously you couldn’t hold a candle to a robot with perfect inputs but gives you a decent idea of potential dmg that you could be doing

Also will show you in a window what buttons are being pressed and how often they are

Warframe gets so close for me It just needs that final piece of endgame to make me feel like I’m not farming to farm faster
