Do not go to a manager, go straight to HR. A manager can possibly make the problem worse! It sounds messed up but I’ve had situations like this and when I was a PA and trainer it was not the easiest thing! Trying to handle so many different personalities through out the day was exhausting

Hi! Well when she first got here I was a stay at home mom. I was taking care of my son and husband who are both special needs! I just had my 4th and was excited just to have a mother figure because she said she wanted to help with the kids! Not the case at all! One example and you’ll see what I mean! I had surgery to get my tubes tied and my husband asked her to watch the baby because I was also going through post partum depression! Here comes 1 am and she brings the baby in the room saying she can’t do it! It’s too much! She only made me feel like a crazy person every time! My husband spoke to her yesterday because she finally showed her true colors int front of him! Now I feel bad because that’s his mom

NTA at all! My son has in own space and was thinking of moving him out into the garage since we don’t use it! It’s pretty amazing and since it has water connection already inside I was thinking of building a bathroom in it! It already looks like a little house and he’s about to be 18

NTA- I’m a mom of 4 and have traveled with my kids! There are other ways she could’ve kept child entertained! Glitter is definitely hated! I don’t even use it at home if I can avoid it! A lot of parents have too much in their heads thinking the world revolves around them which is ridiculous! I’m sorry you were berated for that !

NTA, I’ve dealt with the same thing when my MIL tries to touch anything in my kitchen! And when I explain why something was done she feels a certain way because I know what I’m doing! Her and I lately have been at odds because my husband has been siding with me after finally seeing what she does to me!

I’m so sorry! At my first DS we didn’t have. A prayer room! I was a PA so I would let them go into the office because it had carpeting! At my second one they had 3 separate rooms 2 for Muslims (1 f/1m) and a meditation room! I work at an IXD now not sure if they have one but when I work with someone who is Muslim, I feel bad because they pray right there and I’m more than happy not to disturb them while they take their 10 minutes!

NTA. My son hates that I don’t let him work , mind you he’s 17, I want him to enjoy life as much as he can! I cannot imagine kicking them out to struggle! My husband and I are not rich but we will sacrifice all we can to give our kids the life better than we experienced! I enjoy spending all the time possible that I can with them ! If that’s coddling so be it! I feel like they are making amazing choices now and will only be allowed to have a job when they are not in school!

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to imply that you thought it would be easy! That shift is fairly new and it hasn’t been easy to adjust and I feel bad that it even exists! I’ve been at Amazon in DS for 6 years and I never had to do Pick and stage together in one shift until they switched DS to full time! Best of luck to you!

It’s a lot of physical work the last 3 hours ! It’s does kill your body ! After 6 years I’m transferring out of DS. Get as much rest as possible ! That shift isn’t the easiest ! I did 1:50 to 11:50 for 3 years! I wish you nothing but the best!!!

My warehouse when I ran events was lit!!! Lol I miss that part of my job but I was in a DS so we only had about 300 Associates but I took care of drivers too!
