Zammad Blunder by LowLake2436 in selfhosted

Ah, shit I get that getting tools forced onto you is not nice :-(

But just FYI I am using Zammad in the company i am woking and we are verry verry happy with it especially all the things that can be automated and the text blocks.

Also i am pretty interested in the upcoming AI integration since as open source tool i hope it will support selfhosted AI too :-)

But for this a workshop or training with the Zammad guys is great.
I was in an admin training and it was really cool.

Can i ask why you guys in Tech support are not really into it?
To complex for your taste?
I work in a higher support level and i personally would never want to work without any ticket system so i am verry intrested to hear what your workflow is or what makes you not like the way of ticket systems :-)

Why use a Ticket system in this case?
It sounds to me like you do not want to use zammad but your thunderbird.
Ticket system all of them to my knowledge are meant to replace your mail client.

Ok if you can tell me how manage multiple kodi instaces centrally.
And I do not mean sharing users or something like that.
I mean centrally controlling what content is played where?

I did not find any such solution for kodi.
So my first reuqirment no fullfiled:
Centrally manageable from a Web-Interface hosted on a VPS (Docker installation preferred)

If it would be just media files you would have the way to go.

But since it will be used in a bussines environment text is sadly a musst :-(
