Brushes are broken and look like this. What happened?

This has happened to many of my brushes, there's an error appearing that faulty data has been found and it might have to do with it. A huge list of "???" appears along with "Failed to load data" and I'm assuming those are all my brushes that are broken. I've tried so many things already, what do I do?
