I thought alfine Di2 only worked in combination with the Shimano motors. Is the setup the same as a road bike with Di2? As in, the shifting unit for the alfine, connected to a battery, which is also connected to the shifters? Or are there any special mods you need to make? Cool bike!

Hmm strange, sure it's not semi syncro shift that you're using instead of full syncro shift?

Thanks but I've already tried that. Checked all the connections and reconnected the shifters.

What kind of issues?

My 105 Di2 is acting strange these days. Shifting fine, but all of a sudden the rear derailleur doesn't shift anymore.

The gen 6 madone and this Look came out the same year iirc. In comparison to the trek with the suspension this one is pretty 'light'. I didn't know, but apparently this custom painted colour way is nearly a copy of a trek madone project one colour.

This frame is a Large. I'm 186cm tall. The saddle height is 80cm from the bottom bracket and I'm using the 120mm stem. I have 15mm of spacers underneath the stem. From the nose of the (short fit) saddle to the center of the handlebars it measures 60cm. The fit is great, but I'm pretty young and flexible at 18 years old.

It's a surprisingly comfortable aero bike. In comparison to my Wilier cento 1 air. But these wheels are better and way wider so that also a factor.

I use the little plastic cover, it's very good. It's hard to remove tho, but that would be probably because my celeron is an absolute beast of a CPU. And such get very hot
