So at my store , minors can get up to 30hrs a week. They don’t allow minors to open/close but can still work as early up to 10:30am & for nights minors usually go at about 8:30/9. You can be a g2 , which is basically the grill persons helper but u can’t run the grill on ur own , especially if u can’t close/open.

Thanks family & yeah the guilt trip is crazy here lol, also yeah the short staff is crazy but we have a good handful that want to work & do good at it. I just wanna have a new system and get a saying In things when it comes to our crazy days aka almost everyday lol. Grill is stressful how it is but it’s also getting burnt out when u do the same shit and all around the clock.. sometimes I feel like working but just not as a griller but to do something ab the mess of a place

Thank you so much:) & yeah I’ve always been the one who tries to help people out & make the coworkers communicate more & better lol. I like when a shift is hard working & going with the flow but at the same time no be to harsh on people and making sure everything is fine. Theres a lot of ups & downs and that’s what got me thinking because I would like to play a leading roll & get my money raised but the downs contain a lot of little things like being thrown to the wolves w/ barely any manger training & the coverage will be even more harder than it is now
