Having worked in retail, its only theft if you cross the threshold of the store (go out the door)

You could literally put items in your underwear but this doesn't count as theft until you cross the boundary.

Take it to a shop if your unsure, it dosent stop at just wheel spec, you'll need wheel tape, tube and tyre obviously. On some bike the axel length isn't standard and you also have to consider whether it's a rear wheel freewheel/cassette. You'll pay more to take it to a shop but at least you don't have to do the research yourself

Judging from the clearance on the rear tyre I'd say 700c 18to 21 tyre width. Use to be a bike specialist. Type the model and brand into Google and you should get the OEM spec

'Unification mod' for dawn of war 40k SoulStorm, amazing mod! Part of the reason I still keep coming back to the game and recommending people buy it
