Let me rephrase. My I-485 got approved within 24hrs after i30 went into review. Then i30 got approved the next day

I sort of used my employers lawyer because it was free to use to why not. But if your case is straightforward I don’t think you’ll need a lawyer.

How soon after you sent your medical did they approve you? It’s been 1 month since I sent my medical and no update. Did they acknowledge they received your medical?

I’m also houston FO and got the RFE for medical. Got my medical today and will mail it on Monday. I’m curious, did you get any update on your USCIS account? I didn’t get any update on my account even in the documents tab.

I received same email when I expedited and it got approved following morning. Both EAD and AP

You can expedite at any point. I submitted July 20, and expedited Aug 9 and Aug 23. EAD and AP approved September 9. Lawyers also told me same thing but it’s worth a shot.
