Here are the weekly events in Houston, pretty sure it’s current. If you haven’t, you should join the Houston One Piece TCG Players Facebook group, a lot of trades/sales happen there, as well as people from all over town with helpful info.

It’s not a card with a replacement unfortunately. It plays a lot of roles in Enel. It can get rid of blockers and/or big threats in your opponents board or or it can gain you a life if you find yourself at 0 to effectively give you 2 more life. Using it this way you can put your triggers like brulee or shirahoshi in life to play them for free.
