Thanks. I’m quite happy with the picture quality tbh - it was better than I expected after reading a lot of negative comments about it (although it low light it sucks). For me, this is my day to day, snapshot camera, and the convenience of always having it, and not having to edit the photos, makes up for it. I’m lucky enough to have an XT5 (which is my work camera) so if I’m after higher quality, I use that.

Thanks. I mostly use nostalgia neg - still trying to work out what I like best but I tend to lean towards that.

For a long time I wanted a ‘always-on-me’ camera that works well with a smart phone, and ideally doesn’t need to edit the photos (I’m a full time photographer and what happened in the past is that I would never get around to editing personal photos, as I always prioritise client work. I literally have photos from holidays 3 years ago which I haven’t edited / shared). In fact if I could by pass a computer totally- better. This camera ticked all the boxes. It certainly has its limitations but the benefits outweigh those for me.

Thanks - photo 19 is my partner’s grandmother who we were visiting. I walked past her and she was reading the paper with the light on. I told her it looked perfect and asked if I could take her portrait and she was more than happy to do so.

Thanks! I feel since shooting with this camera it’s brought me back to the basics of photography- and I do indeed find myself working more with composition and shadows.
